About Our Speaker
Michelle Hutchings-Medina is a certified professional coach, speaker, and former oncology executive with more than 30 years in healthcare. She began her career as a radiation therapist and later led cancer center operations before transitioning into oncology-specific technology sales. Today, Michelle brings her front-line experience in care delivery, leadership, and resilience to stages nationwide—helping healthcare professionals transform adversity into purpose, connection, and growth. 

A graduate of Howard University and Webster University, she also holds certifications in leadership development from Georgetown University, professional coaching from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and patient navigation from the George Washington Cancer Center. Her keynotes invite audiences to reframe pressure and uncertainty as catalysts for creativity, healing, and renewal.
